Article 1 – Definitions

In these General Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

Withdrawal period: The period during which the consumer can exercise the right of withdrawal.

Consumer: The natural person who is not acting in the course of a profession or business and enters into a distance contract with the entrepreneur.

Day: Calendar day.

Continuous transaction: A distance contract relating to a series of products and/or services, where delivery and/or purchase obligations are spread over time.

Durable medium: Any tool that enables the consumer or entrepreneur to store information addressed personally to them in a way that allows future consultation and unchanged reproduction.

Right of withdrawal: The consumer’s option to withdraw from the distance contract within the withdrawal period.

Article 3 – Applicability

These General Terms and Conditions apply to any offer made by the entrepreneur and to any distance contract concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer.

Before concluding the contract, these Terms will be made available electronically. If this is not reasonably possible, the consumer will be informed and may request them free of charge.

If additional product- or service-specific conditions apply, the consumer may always rely on the provision most favorable to them in case of conflict.

If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain fully in force.

By placing an order, the customer confirms they have read and accepted these Terms, including policies on shipping, returns, and refunds.

All offers are non-binding and subject to availability.

We reserve the right to:

  • Correct typographical errors

  • Adjust pricing errors

  • Cancel orders in case of clear pricing mistakes

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of suspected fraud or misuse.

All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website.

Prices may change at any time, but the price at purchase applies.

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors and issue a full refund.

Article 7 – Payment Methods

Payment must be completed at checkout unless otherwise agreed.

By submitting payment, the customer confirms authorization to use the payment method.

All transactions are subject to fraud checks.

Article 8 – Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors do not qualify for refunds or cancellations within the stated timeframe.

Article 9 – Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Customers may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, in line with UK consumer regulations.

  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer

  • Refunds are issued after inspection

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law

  • Incorrect address information provided by the customer

Liability is limited to the purchase amount of the product.

Article 12 – Shipping and Return Locations

Elizarose London works with third-party logistics providers (3PL), including fulfillment centers outside the UK.

By ordering, the customer acknowledges:

  • Products may be shipped internationally

  • Returns must be sent to the designated return address

  • Unauthorized returns may not be accepted

Article 13 – Customs Duties and Taxes

Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

These charges are not grounds for refunds or disputes.

Failure to pay customs fees does not entitle a refund.

Article 14 – Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure due to events beyond our control, including:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government actions

  • Strikes

  • Supply chain disruptions

  • Transportation delays

Article 15 – Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Disputes will be handled by UK courts, unless mandatory consumer protection laws state otherwise.
